The heartbeat and foundation of all we do at The Mintz group is giving back from a place of financial success to allow others to discover their own sense of purpose and significance. We have been blessed as both a company and family, and a lesson learned early on, was this, "The best way to help the poor is to not be one of them."

 

The foundation was started by Damon Mintz with the vision of working directly with his own family to partner with organizations and initiates that share their values and align with their charitable goals. To live out their values of faith, family and freedom.

Damon's father, Steve Mintz, Director of Giving, who started the company with Damon in 1999, is now living out his life's mission to give generously to specific programs that align with his faith.

In addition, Damon's daughter, Morgan, who serves as our Director of Outreach, looks to continue on the Mintz family legacy while defining her own personal mission of living out her faith every day.
